How to cancel or reschedule
To cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment or project, please contact us as early as possible by calling (405) 339-6891 or emailing info@fonsecasllc.com.
Standard appointments
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or schedule changes so we can re-route crews and serve other customers. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a trip or scheduling fee at our discretion.
Custom orders & specialty materials
Once custom glass, custom-cut materials, or special-order items have been ordered, fabricated, or cut, those items are non-cancellable. The customer remains responsible for the cost of any materials already ordered or produced for the job.
Emergency & after-hours service
If you cancel an emergency dispatch after a crew has already been deployed, a trip charge may apply to cover travel and labor time.
Cancellation by Fonseca's LLC
We may reschedule when weather, safety, or material availability prevents safe or quality work. In that case we will contact you promptly and offer the next available date.
