Final pricing may vary based on actual measurements, materials, labor, access, site conditions, scope changes, code requirements, hidden conditions discovered during the work, and other project-specific factors.
Quote validity
Unless otherwise stated in writing, written quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from the date issued. Material pricing and availability may change after that period.
Acceptance
Work is contracted only when the customer accepts the written quote in writing (including by email or signed work order) and any required deposit, if applicable, is received.
Customer-provided information
Quotes are prepared based on the information and measurements the customer provides. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in revised pricing once accurate details are confirmed on site.
No binding contract from the website
Submitting a quote request through this website does not create a binding contract. A contract is formed only upon written acceptance by Fonseca's LLC.
