Deposits
For some projects a deposit may be required before custom materials are ordered or work is scheduled. Deposit terms, if any, are stated in writing on your quote or work order.
Refunds before work begins
If a project is cancelled before any materials are ordered and before work begins, any deposit paid will be refunded, minus any documented administrative or restocking costs already incurred.
Custom & special-order materials
Deposits applied to custom, cut-to-size, tempered, laminated, or special-order materials are non-refundable once those materials have been ordered or fabricated.
Refunds after work is performed
Payments for labor and materials that have already been delivered and installed are non-refundable. If you believe an installation has a workmanship issue, please contact us so we can inspect and address it under the workmanship terms of your job.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us at (405) 339-6891 or info@fonsecasllc.com and reference your project address or invoice number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Applicable law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Nothing in this policy limits any rights customers may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
